ATTENTION TO THE CHILD’S DEVELOPMENT
Our concern is for the child’s total development. His
intellectual, emotional, social and physical development
cannot be separated. All of these areas demand attention-
this is the basic to the Montessori philosophy of
education. The child who has had the benefit of a
Montessori education is better prepared for life. He has
acquired a positive self-image, independence, self-
assurance, and a joy for the learning experience, all of
which he will carry for his lifetime.
